I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room offered a magnificent view of the Wiesbaden casino, but the noise from the gym above made it hard to enjoy a peaceful stay. The service was professional and efficient overall, but there were some missed opportunities for going the extra mile. The location was excellent, close to many attractions and pedestrian zones. The dining experience was disjointed at times, and the price for what was offered didn't quite match up.

Unfortunately, the incessant noise from the gym upstairs made it hard to relax and the bathroom emitted an unpleasant odor. The service, however, was top-notch.
